Reception & Admission Desk: Staffed with three person serving people 24 hours round the clock. Our 24 hours’ information officer (09606063030, Ext: 110) & other admin officer provide information about hospital, hospital services, security & any other patient issue. Reception desk or information kiosk staffed by hospital personnel who provide assistance, directions, and information to visitors regarding appointments, admissions, and hospital services.
Seating Areas: Provision for seating of 18 person waiting for admission & appointment. The natural archeology of the sitting area is very peaceful. For female patients & attendant separate provision of 20 person arranged behind the admission desk.
Amenities: Amenities such as water dispensers, Kiblah Indicator and separate male & female toilet. Also provision for separate prayer rooms. Prayer rooms are situated Bilding-1 Basement Mosque(male), Level 1(female), Building-2 Level-1 (female), Building-3 Level-4 (female).
Communication: Informational signage and announcement systems to communicate important messages, directions, and updates to visitors regarding hospital services, events, and safety procedures.
Security: Security personnel and surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of visitors and staff within the waiting lobby area.
