All over general services day and night, professors & doctors are consulting with patients with facility of 24 hours diagnostic and emergency services. At Khidmah Hospital, patients can be admitted as indoor patient from Admission desk. To get admitted, you need to show the following information:

Patients Address, Age, Phone Number

Name of Guardian

Phone Number of Guardian

Please make sure the information you provided are correct and same as your official or personal documents. Otherwise you may face any personal difficulties later.

It is to be mentioned that as we have separate facility of male and female care, we try to follow strict rule of PORDA to maintain Islamic environment. We have separate place with diagnostic services, eye center, physiotherapy and dental care for male and female patients.

Prayer Room

Khidmah hospital prayer room is a designated space within a hospital where patients, their families, and hospital staff can find a quiet place for prayer. Kidmah Hospital has separate male & female prayer room. We also have a beautiful mosque with wudukhana in basement of Building - 1. We also have women prayer facilities in 1 st floor of Building – 2 & 5 th floor of Building – 3.

Religious and Spiritual Accommodations :

Holy Books and Scriptures : Copies of holy books such as the Quran usually available in our mosque & cabins.
Prayer Mats and Rugs : Prayer mats or rugs for those who require them for their religious practices also available in mosque and every cabin.
Directional Indicators : In some cases, directional indicators such as a Qibla finder for Muslims to know the direction of Mecca.

Birth Certificate

Khidmah hospital assists new parents in obtaining a birth certificate for their newborn. This service ensures that the birth of the child is officially registered with the relevant government authorities.

Process and Services :

Registration of Birth : The hospital assists in registering the birth of the newborn with the local or state government’s vital records office or registrar of births and deaths.
Documentation Assistance : Parents are guided through the necessary paperwork and documentation required for registering the birth.
Information Collection : Information such as the baby's name, date and time of birth, place of birth, parents' names, and other relevant details are collected.

Required Information :

Child’s Information : Name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth.
Parents’ Information : Names, addresses, nationalities, identification numbers (such as Social Security Numbers in the U.S.), and occupations.
Medical Details : Information about the delivery, such as type of birth (natural, cesarean, etc.), any medical complications, and health of the newborn.

Death Certificate

Khidmah hospitals assists in the process of obtaining a death certificate when a patient passes away. This service ensures that the death is officially recorded.

Process and Services :

Notification of Death : When a patient passes away, the hospital staff notifies the attending physician or a designated medical officer.
Medical Examination : The physician conducts a medical examination to confirm the death and determine the cause of death.
Documentation : The physician completes the medical portion of the death certificate, including the time, date, and cause of death.
Information Collection : The hospital collects personal information about the deceased from the family or next of kin, including name, date of birth, place of birth, and details about the deceased's parents and spouse.
Submission : The completed death certificate form is submitted to the local registrar or vital records office for official registration.
Issuance of Death Certificate : Once the death is registered, an official death certificate is issued by the government authority.

Deceased’s Information : Full name, date of birth, place of birth, date and time of death, place of death, residential address, occupation.
